We shaped the story and site for Iris AI: a sharp, conversion-focused SaaS experience that explains a complex product, builds trust, and drives sign-ups.
Challenge
Iris AI had a real product and a real point of view, but the site had to translate a technical AI platform into a story a prospect could actually follow, and act on, in one visit. AI SaaS is a crowded, noisy category. The prior surface leaned on jargon and generic AI iconography, so qualified traffic bounced instead of converting. The team needed a site that could explain what the product does, why it is different, and what to do next, without a demo call being the only path forward.
Approach
We anchored the narrative on the outcome the product delivers, then designed the site as a conversion experience around it. Product storytelling, feature architecture, proof, and CTA were built as one continuous flow, not stacked marketing sections. Copy was rewritten from the customer's perspective first, so the messaging holds up even before a prospect touches the visuals. The visual system was tuned to feel like serious software: restrained motion, high-contrast typography, product screenshots treated with the same care as the marketing story.
