Privacy policy

When you send an inquiry we collect your name, email, optional company, the engagement types and budget range you select, and your project brief. A hidden anti-spam field is also submitted (it should be empty).

We use these details to read and reply to your inquiry. This website does not automatically enroll anyone who submits the form in marketing emails or mailing lists. Please don't include sensitive personal information in your brief.

• Database storage. Inquiries and privacy requests are stored in our hosted database (Lovable Cloud, built on Supabase). Access is restricted to our server; the public site cannot read stored submissions.
• Internal email notification. A copy of each inquiry is emailed to the NU HAUS team through Lovable's email delivery service. These are internal notifications, not messages to you.
• Abuse protection. To limit spam we count recent submissions per visitor using a one-way hash of your network address (a keyed one-way code). The raw address is not stored by this feature, and an hourly job deletes counters older than two days.

With your permission we load the Google Ads tag, which lets Google set cookies and tells us when an inquiry follows a visit from one of our ads. It is off by default, it does not load if you reject it, and it stays off if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal. Google's handling is described in Google's privacy policy.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time: open privacy preferences.

The site is hosted by Lovable and delivered through Cloudflare. Like most websites, these providers process technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested to deliver and secure the site, and Cloudflare may set a short-lived security cookie (for example __cf_bm) to tell bots from people. The hosting platform may also record aggregate visitor statistics (visits, page views, referrers, device type). We do not control these providers' internal retention.

We also store a small number of preferences in your browser (your privacy choice, whether the intro animation has played, and the sound toggle). These are not used for tracking.

We have not yet set a fixed retention period for inquiries and privacy requests. Until we do, they remain stored after we respond. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

You can ask to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information you've sent us. Use the privacy request form or email info@nuhausdm.com. Before we share or delete anything we will confirm the request came from the owner of the email address. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.
